Major multinational pharmaceutical firm, GSK, makers of Panadol, is now using Eye Media's Managed Applications Hosting Facility for its major new business to business e-commerce initiative that allows the secure ordering of its products online. While not previously a client, GSK approached Eye Media for emergency assistance to rapidly roll out a secure hosting facility due to last-minute pre-launch issues with its previous hosting provider. Within five hours, Eye Media had received the multi-database systems, configured a dedicated server, setup security and transactions, and made the entire system live to the internet ready for the site's launch in two days time.
